All sales are final because Xyled is operated by a single person, except in cases where the item is damaged or a different size than what you ordered. Thank you for your understanding!

"WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?"
For pre-ordered items, the estimated shipping time is specified in the item description. If you purchased a pre-made item, it should generally ship within 1-3 days!

“CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?”

“CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE?”

“WHY IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?”
Currently, shipping costs are automatically calculated by Shopify for USPS. I'm actively exploring more affordable options.

"HOW DO I WASH XYLED GARMENTS?"
The recommended method is to wash on a cold, delicate setting, and hang dry to prevent shrinkage from heat.
