Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final because xyled.online is operated by a single person, except in cases where the item is damaged or I send you the wrong size. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping                                                                                               

I ship via USPS for both domestic and international orders. Cost is automatically calculated at checkout. Worldwide shipping is enabled unless it’s a place USPS cannot ship to. International orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered and cost is higher than domestic, sorry. Duties and customs may also apply.

“When will my order ship?”

Generally, I try to ship orders in 1-3 days, if an item is a preorder It will say in the description how long it will take to ship with subject to sometimes have delays. You should get a popup confirming your understanding that it’s a preorder before its added to your cart

“Can I change my address?”

Address changes can only be accommodated before the item ships.

“Can I change my size?”

Size changes can only be accommodated before the item ships and if I have the needed size

 “Will You Restock?”

I try to restock most of my high demand items, If you have a question about a specific topic email orders@xyled.online or use the contact forum. The Instagram account @xyled will always have story updates if something is restocked. When higher demand items or multiple items are restocked, it usually also gets announced in the discord server. The Newsletter is able to be signed up for but is still being set up.

“How can I get in contact?”

“why is there a password?”

Leading up to a new release or restock the website may be closed early for preparation. Sometimes passwords are given out for early access as well
